- Personal Identity Information: Full Name, Surname, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Group, Caste, and Sub-Caste.
- Contact Details: Mobile Number, Email Address, State, District, Assembly Constituency, Mandal, and Village / Residential Area.
- Category-Specific Details: Educational qualifications, employment details, type of farming, business information, or sports participation level.
- Contribution Records: Donor name, transaction reference ID, payment mode, and amount for voluntary contributions.
3. Purpose & Use of Collected Data
All personal information provided is strictly used for legitimate society objectives:
- Verifying membership applications and generating unique Application Numbers (e.g. TEAM/00001/2026).
- Issuing official society membership identity cards and verification slips.
- Communicating announcements regarding community welfare schemes, educational scholarships, employment notices, and social events.
- Fulfilling legal and statutory compliance under the Society Registration Act.
4. Data Confidentiality & Security
We implement administrative and technical security measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access. Access to member records is strictly restricted to authorized State, District, and Constituency administrators. We never sell, rent, or trade member information to any commercial third parties.
5. Member Rights & Contact
Members may check their live status or request corrections to their profile by contacting the administration through the official society contact channels or helpline.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Community Terms
By accessing the official TEAM Community portal, registering for society membership, or contributing to our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and society bye-laws.
2. Membership Eligibility & Accuracy
- Membership is open to individuals committed to the welfare, development, and empowerment of marginalized communities.
- Applicants must furnish genuine, truthful, and verifiable personal, contact, and category information during registration.
- Falsification of details or registering fraudulent profiles is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate rejection or revocation.
3. Application Review & Approval
Submission of a membership application creates an official record in 'Pending' status. Final approval is subject to verification by designated society administrators. Society ID cards and official benefits are valid only upon status verification.
4. Code of Conduct & Platform Usage
- Members and visitors must engage respectfully in all health forums, comments, and community discussions.
- Any defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or divisive conduct contrary to constitutional and community values is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use of the society name, logo, or registration number for personal or commercial solicitation is prohibited.
5. Voluntary Donations & Contributions
All contributions made via bank transfer or UPI QR scanner are voluntary donations directly allocated towards community programs, student scholarships, health support, and welfare initiatives.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
